Bishop Law, PA, is an innovative law firm crafted, by the firm’ s sole shareholder, Danielle Bishop. However, this is not Danielle’s first experience building a law practice, as she succeeded in doing so as founding member and former managing attorney of Vincent Bishop, PA.

Danielle Bishop Biography:
Danielle originally from Pennsylvania, has made Florida her some since 2004 when she moved
here for Law School. She resides in Boca Raton and loves living in Florida. Danielle graduated
from Dickinson College, a top tier liberal arts college located in Carlisle PA. She graduated
from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007 with honors. While in Law School Danielle
interned with the State Attorney’s office and served as a law clerk. Subsequent to Law School
Danielle began her career in civil litigation at a law firm in Miami. Danielle served as SR in
house counsel for JP Morgan Chase Bank for a period of approximately four years. Shortly
afterwards, Danielle co-founded Vincent Bishop PA, and ultimately spearheaded Bishop Law
PA in 2021. Danielle ensures that she and her staff remain knowledgeable as it relates to
evolving legal field, laws and technology.
Danielle has successfully litigated various highly contested probate and trust matters as
well as civil cases. She also has assisted clients with their estate planning needs (from Medicaid
to high-net worth clients), and has administered dozens of estates and trusts, from start to finish.
She currently is licensed to practice law in Florida, Washington D.C., Seminole Tribal Court,
and the Southern District of Florida. Danielle is an active member of the South Palm Beach Bar
Association, and the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Danielle is
known for her dedication and tenacity. In her personal time Danielle enjoys cooking, traveling,
exercising, reading, and outdoor activities with her attorney husband, son and min-goldendoodle.
